We were doing a hike and bought sandwiches. One Mortadella and Provolone and two Prosciutto, mozzarella and rocket. To say they were magnificent is not enough. Do not walk past this place without buying a sandwich.
Definitely best place in Porto Badisco. At first glance it might seem like a simple roadside bar, but once you find the courage to try it out, you will come back again and again thanks to the unique atmosphere of the place and the first choice of products it offers. You can order from the menu, make requests to the waiter or even create your own dishes at the counter and consume them at the table. If you are more active and prefer take away, maybe to the beach, or simply prefer to eat at home, again, no problem as it is also a shop where you can do regular groceries. In the end you will be amazed by the prices and the excellent quality of all the products that this place offers. Highly recommended!
We came here for the famous raw seafood aperitif, which we already tried last year. Although this time the quality was not at the same level of the last time. All the seafood served still had the guts attached (shrimps and scampi. And the hairy mussels were not very good. Tuna tartare and white fish carpaccio were very tasty.
Late season. Locals only with young and old men spilling out into the street. Police came with blue lights flashing for some reason. Big bald manager guy got angry with me when I asked about a restaurant. Look, if you're tired of tourists after a long season, close down. Don't be hostile.
Great place for a pitstop whilst cycling. Panini made fresh, with a choice of great cheeses, meats, tomatoes etc - and really good value.
Great concept of choose your own dishes and they have a good variety to choose from.. your food is by weight then priced. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps some signs , indicating the process. Highly recommend !
